Editorial Standards, Code Verification & Security Policy
yourstand.art publishes client-side developer utilities, architecture guides, and technical reference specifications. Because engineers rely on our platform to parse production data, format database schemas, and debug security tokens, we adhere to strict standards for technical accuracy, determinism, and privacy.
1. The Zero-Server Privacy Mandate
Every tool and interactive utility hosted on yourstand.art operates under an immutable architectural constraint:
- Pure Client-Side Memory: All computations execute inside the user's browser runtime using standard Web APIs, WebAssembly, and local JavaScript workers.
- Zero Remote Transmission: Input strings, JWT tokens, SQL queries, private keys, and payloads are never transmitted to any application server, edge worker, database, or logging aggregator.
- No Local Persistence: Sensitive inputs are kept strictly in volatile heap variables that are destroyed when the browser tab is closed. We do not write user payloads to
localStorageor cookies.
2. Algorithmic Verification & Testing Rigor
We do not release utility functions or mathematical transformations without automated test suites and standard reference vectors:
- RFC & Spec Adherence: Every conversion utility is mapped against its formal specification (for example, RFC 4122 / RFC 9562 for UUIDs, RFC 7519 for JSON Web Tokens, and W3C CSS Values and Units Module Level 4 for fluid clamps).
- Automated Test Coverage: Our codebase maintains continuous automated unit test coverage across all conversion modules, validating edge cases such as leap seconds, Unicode normalization, malformed payloads, and integer overflows.
- Deterministic Output: Identical input payloads will always produce identical output states across all supported operating systems and browsers.
3. Editorial Independence, Advertising Separation & Funding
To preserve engineer trust, our technical evaluations, guides, and comparison tables remain entirely independent:
- No Sponsored Tool Placement: We do not accept payment to rank, feature, or review libraries, cloud providers, or third-party developer software.
- Advertising Isolation: Display advertising delivered via Google AdSense (Publisher ID:
ca-pub-4113134320786119) is strictly decoupled from tool execution logic. Advertising scripts run in isolated sandboxed contexts with no access to user input fields, memory buffers, or clipboard payloads. - Transparent Funding Model: We sustain infrastructure, edge delivery, and testing pipelines exclusively through programmatic display ads and voluntary developer contributions (via Ko-fi, Saweria, and Trakteer). Community contributions and advertising revenue never influence our technical recommendations or benchmark findings.
- Objective Technical Benchmarks: Benchmarks and architectural comparisons (such as UUID v4 vs v7, or Zod vs Valibot) cite reproducible, empirical metrics based on memory consumption, opcode count, and bundle size.
4. Correction Policy & Security Disclosures
Software specifications evolve and vulnerabilities require immediate remediation:
- Prompt Corrections: When typographical, algorithmic, or factual inaccuracies are reported in our guides or tools, our team verifies and publishes fixes within 48 hours.
- Security Disclosures: If an engineer identifies an input sanitation issue, regular expression Denial of Service (ReDoS) vulnerability, or Content Security Policy gap, reports should be submitted via our contact page. We evaluate all technical disclosures with priority.
5. Author Credentials & Review Process
Our engineering guides and reference documentation are authored and peer-reviewed by practicing software architects specializing in web security, distributed systems, and frontend platform engineering. Each article undergoes technical verification prior to release.
